Our Practice

 

We are a free-standing private practice that has been serving the Canton and Seekonk community for the past 30 years.  Dr Lowney, Sr started the practice in 1979 and we have since grown to include 6 providers and 2 offices.  We are happy to care for multiple generations of families and welcome new families every day.

We treat all chronic medical illnesses and are part of a large network of doctors and services for those patients who need more specialized care.  We can accommodate same day sick visit appointments and are happy to offer an array of services within our practice for the most convenient and satisfying patient experience.

Family Medical Associates joins Steward Medicaid ACO

​

FMA is happy to announce our affiliation with the Medicaid ACO program.  This is aimed at improving the quality and access of healthcare services to those that qualify for Medicaid services.

​

If you have a MassHealth product formerly serviced by another insurance provider (Tufts HMO, BMC, etc.) you may qualify for the Medicaid ACO.
